The dog is said to be man’s best friend, and for special operations soldiers, this may be even truer as they take their dog – and combat partner – on dangerous missions. Together with the Norwegian military and Norwegian special forces, we have developed DEFPRO, which is designed to protect and keep their combat companion – the dog – warm and free from injuries as they jump and land during parachute jumps.
