Whistleblowing

ADDvise’s whistleblowing function allows for anonymous reporting of misconduct and violations. The whistleblowing function is an important part of ADDvise’s commitment to maintaining a transparent and sustainable business environment with high business ethics. We are committed to respecting and ensuring the safety of everyone affected by ADDvise’s operations, and the whistleblowing function gives everyone an opportunity to inform us of suspected misconduct and violations. It is important for us to detect and address any breaches or misconduct promptly.
The whistleblowing function can be used to draw attention to any matter that is not managed in accordance with our Code of Conduct, our values, ethical standards, or that could otherwise seriously affect ADDvise or a person’s life or health. You do not need to have proof of your concern, but all messages should be submitted in good faith.

Reporting

Whistleblowing messages can be submitted in writing via the form below and you may choose to be anonymous. You can also submit your message directly to Hanna Myhrman, General Counsel, ADDvise Group AB (publ), hanna.myhrman@addvisegroup.se, +46 709 82 92 23.

    You will be contacted within three months from submitting your message. Please note that if your message is submitted anonymously, we will not be able to contact you. All messages are processed with confidentiality. Whistleblowing messages may be submitted to competent authorities.

    Protection for the notifying person

    • The notifying person should not be considered to have breached any restriction on disclosure of information and incur liability of such notification provided that they had reasonable grounds to believe that the notification was necessary for revealing a breach.
    • Prohibition of work-related retaliation.
    • Protection of personal data of the persons referred to in the report at all stages of the procedure.
